Faith Formation Hub

We encourage students to make-up all classes that they miss; however, with the exception of 2nd grade, they are permitted two excused absences. When make-up is being completed, follow the instructions linked below.

Catechist (teacher) email addresses are provided here. General questions or concerns about our overall program should be directed to Clare or Susan. Questions about your child's class specifically can be sent directly to their teacher.

Families are not required (or at all expected) to submit this form until the end of the year. The only exception to this is families with a child preparing for First Reconciliation and First Eucharist, who will submit two forms (one in December and one at the end of the year).
