Complete information for our Spring Retreat (March 14) can be found in the document at the bottom of this page. Click below to complete the registration/permission form for your child, which must be submitted no later than March 1.

Due by April 1. Instructions are provided at the bottom of this page in the form of a letter from Msgr. O'Connor, who will be the presider at our Confirmation Mass

Due by April 22. Complete instructions can be found at the bottom of this page. It is strongly recommended that candidates write their paper throughout the year, reflecting on their service shortly after completing it.

Please inform Clare of any conflicts in advance. The Spring Retreat (March) is MANDATORY.

All service must be done directly with St. Alphonsus. View our current opportunities by clicking below. When choosing opportunities, remember that the Service Reflection is due on April 22 (meaning service must be complete by this date). Candidates are required to complete:

FIVE single day service opportunities

OR

ONE long term service opportunity

Using the Parent's Guide and Sponsor's Guide (provided to you at the start of the program), complete the four conversations with your candidate following the below timeline:

Conversation #1 - October/November

Conversation #2 - December/January

Conversation #3 - February/March

Conversation #4* - April

 After completing each conversation, submit the below form.

*As written, conversation #4 is meant to be completed after the Confirmation Mass. More information about adapting this conversation will be sent in late March.

Candidates are required to make-up all sessions that they miss. Complete instructions are provided at the bottom of this page.

Online access to Chosen is available to all candidates and will need to be used if a session is missed. Access includes the session videos and a digital copy of the student workbook.
