Please inform Clare of any conflicts in advance. The Spring Retreat (March) is MANDATORY.

This is the same document all families received in August and contains all of the "need to know" information about our program.

Candidates are required to make-up all sessions that they miss. Complete instructions are provided at the bottom of this page.

Online access to Chosen is available to all candidates and will need to be used if a session is missed. Access includes the session videos and a digital copy of the student workbook.

All service must be done directly with St. Alphonsus. View our current opportunities by clicking below. When choosing opportunities, remember that the Service Reflection is due on April 22 (meaning service must be complete by this date). Candidates are required to complete:

FIVE single day service opportunities

OR

ONE long term service opportunity

Using the Parent's Guide and Sponsor's Guide (provided to you at the start of the program), complete the four conversations with your candidate following the below timeline:

Conversation #1 - October/November

Conversation #2 - December/January

Conversation #3 - February/March

Conversation #4* - April

 After completing each conversation, submit the below form.

*As written, conversation #4 is meant to be completed after the Confirmation Mass. More information about adapting this conversation will be provided in the spring.

Due by November 19. This form is responsibility of sponsors to complete (parents should not be completing it on their behalf). The Sponsor Approval Letter, if needed, can be found at the bottom of this page.

Due by February 11. Complete instructions can be found at the bottom of this page. 

Due by April 1. Instructions will be provided in the spring once we receive them from the bishop's office.

Due by April 22. Complete instructions can be found at the bottom of this page. It is strongly recommended that candidates write their paper throughout the year, reflecting on their service shortly after completing it.
