Meet the Team
Clare Kinsey
Clare has been a part of the St. Alphonsus community since 2020. She is a Maryland native and grew up in the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church community in Crofton. Clare graduated from Mount St. Mary's University in 2019 and from St. Mary's Ecumenical Institute in 2024 with a Master's degree in Theology.
Clare is married with one son (and another on the way). Her go-to Starbucks order is annoyingly complicated.
Susan Baldwin
Susan and her family have been parishioners of St. Alphonsus since 2002. A native of California, Susan graduated from Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio (a LONG time ago), where she met her husband, Rich. They have 8 children, 5 children-in-law, and 8 grandbabies.
With her nest nearly empty, Susan came on board the staff at St. Alphonsus in 2023. Her Starbucks order is rather simple: coffee, large and strong.
