 This is the same letter you received in August. It contains much of the need-to-know information for the 24-25 year.

This document includes general information for completing your Family Meetings within your Family Box.

 Please submit one form per each Family Meeting completed within your Family Box.  You should be completing a Family Meeting every 3-5 weeks (depending on your chosen box).

All families are required to participate in at least one Family Mass! Please only submit one form per family. You have the ability to sign-up for additional dates and/or roles as space permits.  

Please view this document for complete information regarding the Family Life unit. The final deadline for submission is May 4.

 Students are expected to make-up all classes that they miss. Classes must be made-up before the next Student Gathering. Instructions vary by grade.

 This form may only be submitted for students in grades 5-8. Students in grades K-4 are required to be picked-up directly from their classroom following every Student Gathering, no exceptions.

This spreadsheet puts ALL of our events and dates (Faith Formation, sacramental prep, youth ministry, etc.) in one place. You can save and edit a copy to make it applicable for your family!
